Hey H Dolls... I went shopping with my Madre (Ma) the other day and she actually picked out and recommended this Mango dress. I must say I passed it up a few times on the rack as other pretty things peaked my interest and it was always my last pick for oh well, I guess if I find it next time i'll give it a though - i did that for a few weeks. Long story short this dress was my mum's first pick. Reminds me of my prom dress with the velvet feel... I'm so glad I eventually took it that's for sure.. No loss there and I can't wait to have a reason to wear it... I am open to suggestions and options on how to wear this Mango stunner - one of those simple classics that needs very little to give off elegance!!! In today’s society the meaning of being a lady is more over looked than not. I would like to say I have always have been a lady since I transformed from the tomboy moth to the lady butterfly. I’ve always told myself of course echoing from the words of my mother that a lady is not just defined by age, but also the morals and principles one stands by, the actions we take on our life’s journeys, how we carry ourselves and yep clothing has a role to play in all this be it in a casual look or at a black tie event. I am not saying we should look older than what we are and cover up from neck to toes, but we should be put together as a woman who appreciates her reputation but understands the importance of her character.
