Clutch Away to/with a Touch of Class…

In all honesty, I have always been a woman who likes the carry all bags. The bigger the better for me has always been my statement. If I can carry everything in one bag, and let’s just say I carry a lot of excess then the better. I usually appreciate my big handbags when I travel because then I feel like I get more use out of them. I mean bags come in so many shapes and sizes like the saddlebag, hobos, shoulder bags, pocketbooks, backpacks etc and it’s all up to the occasion and the woman to decide what works for her. And let’s face it, a woman can never have too many bags or shoes, the two work hand in hand and a belt can help spice up a look and cinch in that waist. Although I haven’t thrown out my big bags yet, I must say clutch purses are hot right now and have progressed in fabric, style and design and are maintaining their cute and stunning classic look. The Scarf…….

So I have always been a savvy shopper and always wanted to find more than one way of wearing an outfit. I wanted to always transform a look with anything I could find, be it a belt, purse, stockings, jewellery, or mixing and matching colours. This is where I say my mum should have definitely had me sit by the sewing machine when I was younger so I could learn the tricks of the needle and thread. In any case, I am grateful she put me onto fashion and I guess I have styling down and am always perfecting that art….. Might I suggest we all watch “Confessions of a Shopaholic”, now I am not confessing to being a shopaholic although I do qualify myself as a savvy shopper, and believe we all have it within us to be just that? After watching the said movie, it inspired me to write on my love for scarfs….
